5 Delicious No-Bake Coconut Oil Snacks Kids Will Love

1. 2-Ingredient Coconut Banana Bites

Prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 12 bites

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 Tbsp You Melt Me virgin coconut oil (melted)

    Variations - top with a drop of peanut butter or a strawberry slice, drizzle with melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in melted coconut oil until fully combined.
  3. Drop teaspoon-sized mounds onto a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  4. Freeze 15–20 minutes until firm. → Instant creamy “ice cream” bites kids go crazy for!

2. Peanut Butter Coconut Energy Balls

Prep time: 8 minutes | Makes 15 balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter for nut-free)
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp You Melt Me coconut oil (softened)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl until it forms a dough.
